Planet Hospital Inc has a global reach of over 40 hospitals in 9 countries around the world and most of them agree that Planet Hospital Inc is responsible for a majority of their overseas clients. But patient volume alone should not be the reason to come to PlanetHospital. Consider the following as well:

• We employ doctors to screen each and every client before a referral to make sure they are a suitable patient and can withstand travel and a change in environment, and know what to expect.
• We pre-qualify our patients before engaging your doctors or staff for conference calls so no time is wasted.
• We are a process driven and data driven company. We can help you identify matrices showing how many clients inquired about your hospital, clicked our website about your hospital or doctors, and other relevant data. And we can back this up with real data.
• We offer a simple way of transferring patient records through a secure, HIPAA compliant server

PlanetHospital does not charge fees to join its networks. We are paid on pre-negotiated PPO rate on a per procedure basis. However our IT partners charge a 1 time fee to put your content on our website and set you up with our CRM/ERP system which is paid to PlanetHospital and passed on to our IT partners. This one-time fee is $1,000/surgeon and $5,000 for a hospital or clinic.

Joining the PlanetHospital Network is not a simple process, however. It requires the physician  to be certified by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, Inc. (ABQAURP) in Health Care Quality and Management (HCQM), and for their credentials to be verified.

PlanetHospital will provide the credential verification process through their vendor.

The preparation courses for the Health Care Quality and Management Certification Examination are available through ABQAURP at www.abqaurp.org, which charges a fee for certification. In addition, there is a bi-annual continuing education requirement to maintain certification and a nominal annual dues fee. ABQAURP will offer PlanetHospital Network Physicians and Dentists a 20% discount on the Examination Fee and the Core Body of Knowledge preparation course.

The ABQAURP Certification Exam is given in the English language at Prometric™ testing sites throughout the world.  As long as you apply for the credential verification and the ABQAURP certification, PlanetHospital is prepared to enroll you in our network so that you can recoup your expenses as soon as possible.

We also require the facility to be accredited by an ISQUA recognized accreditation body or a plan to do so within one year from joining our network (please note that non-accredited facilities will have access to our individual patients but not our insurance clients). We have an excellent relationship with the Trent Accreditation Scheme and would be delighted to assist you with this. We do not charge for this assistance nor are we compensated by Trent. Planet Hospital recognizes its relationship with a hospital is to deliver patients safely and cost effectively to hospitals. That is why we have been recognized by all our hospital partners as the largest aggregator of patients around the world, and with our expansion into Europe and Middle East, this patient flow will only increase.
