Going for a facelift overseas only (ie no neck no eyes, just face) makes no sense unless you are getting the eyes and neck done also. PlanetHospital believes in making sure you get an excellent outcome and this sometimes means discouraging you from taking half measures. A facelift without the eyes being done will not look good in the long run.
Besides it might not be economically advantageous to JUST get a facelift only so when comparison shopping make sure you are comparing our prices to a full face lift with neck and eyes. Also, we know of many surgeons who can do this procedure for a LOT cheaper, but then again, we have yet to see CHEAP = GOOD. We instead are recommending world class surgeons who can give you a great look without the "saran wrap effect".

About Facelift (including eyes and neck)
A traditional facelift begins with an incision in the hairline at the temples, continues around the ear and ends in the back of the lower scalp. The jowls, neck and underlying tissue is repositioned. The deeper layers of the face and the muscles may also be uplifted. Excess skin is trimmed away. Sutures or skin adhesives are used to close the incisions.
Once completed, a bandage will be applied along incision lines to minimize swelling and bruising. A thin tube may be used to drain excess blood or fluid under the skin.
As women age, their skin begins to discolor, sag and become less elastic, especially in the face. There is no natural correction to this issue - although many products on the market promise differently, however it can be corrected by having a face lift. Face lift surgery can remove sagging skin, make you look more youthful and remove wrinkles (as well as possible aging spots depending on size/location). It will also create more uplifted contours and improved tone in the facial skin and underlying muscle.
